Mars Rouge attaches a great deal of importance to protecting your privacy and personal data. In accordance with European Regulation No. 2016/679 of 26 April 2016 and the French Data Protection Law « Loi informatique et libertés » of 6 January 1978 amended, Mars Rouge is deeply committed to the privacy of the users of its internet site.

The GDPR, or General Data Protection Regulation is, as its name suggests, a European regulation which came into effect on 25 May 2018 with the aim of tightening controls on protection and compliance with personal data and privacy.

The information collected on the contact form on this website is used only to provide answers to the requests of internet users. It is stored only in the framework of a service contract entered into with Mars Rouge and is intended for internal use only.

Pursuant to French Data Protection legislation, you may exercise your right of access to data that concerns you and have it rectified by contacting Mars Rouge.

Intended uses of data processing

The collection of all data is undertaken specifically for the explicit purposes clearly established on the page of the Internet Site on which such data are collected. This being the case, the user is reminded that:

Cookies

This policy applies to cookies and other technological systems present in the digital services published by Mars Rouge that can be accessed by a user via his or her television, computer, tablet, smartphone or other mobile terminal, in particular the internet services at sur www.marsrouge.ch
